I will exalt you my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom. One generation will commend your works to another; they will tell of your mighty acts. They will speak of your glorious spendor of your majesty, and I will meditate on your wonderful works, and I will proclaim your great deeds. They will celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness. The Lord is gracious and compassionate slow to anger and rich in love. The Lord is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made; all you have made will praise you, O Lord, your saints will extol you.
Psalms 145:1-10
How wonderful our God is! With all we go through during the course of a day it is so wonderful to be able to stop and reflect upon just how refreshingly good God is! He is so mercifully compassionate toward us; loving us in spite of us. And only He is actually deserving of any praise!
Today, determine that your life would be one of praise; that it would be a sweet smelling savor unto God. Let the fruit of praise be upon your lips. Put on the mindset of praise wherein your thoughts are consistent with those things that are good, honorable, just, of good report. Let your attitude be that of praise so that when the devil throws you a curveball you don't fly off the handle. And live your life in praise and adoration to the Lord. Let each and every deed you commit be the words to your love song to the Lord.
Be like David who said, "I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in mouth."
